Dear Customers, Suppliers, Staff, Consultants
We hereby wish to inform you that we have detected an abusive access to our IT systems through a ransomware attack.
Thanks to the prompt intervention of our internal IT resources, who were alerted to the infiltration thanks to the antivirus system installed and the security measures adopted in our computer network, we were able to act quickly, activating internal security procedures and further enhancing them with the support of specialist security consultants. In particular, security measures were strengthened for user access procedures to the system, encryption, reinforcement of the firewall, strengthening of monitoring and alarms for unwanted access, and other technical management measures.
At the same time, we have notified the Data Protection Authority of a breach of privacy (as investigation activities carried out have revealed a possible violation of personal and sensitive data of customers, suppliers, staff and consultants), as well as the initiation of the procedure for filing a complaint with the competent judicial authorities.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 33 letter b) of the GDPR, we point out that in order to obtain more information about the event it is possible to contact Dr. Stefano Pizzini, A.D. of the Company, by email:
